Blaze really raises the bar when it comes to the next generation of the Gallo's. As this story was five-star perfection, and I was hooked from the very first moment Lilly Gallo is reintroduced to her high school crush Jett Michaels, who arrives at Inked for a piercing, in a very intimate place, and from that moment these two start on a journey, that is full of miscommunication, insecurities and threats from one very over protective but extremely lovable daddy. Yes, I am talking about Michael Gallo 😂 And what follows is a slow burn romance that's full of sweetness, heat and plenty of heart, and I loved how Lilly grew from a shy virgin who would rather bury her head in a book and live her life through others, than face her feelings to a brave young woman. Who grasped on to the love of a guy she had crushed on for years, even though she feared he would ultimately break her heart. And Jett Michaels was everything I love about the men Chelle Bliss conjures up for the Gallo girls, and he was perfect for Lilly. Plus, it was great to see that connection to Suzy and Joey remembered and to have Sophia and Kayden appear too. Not to mention I loved having more of Gigi, Pike, Tamara and Mammoth. As well as a little introduction to Nick, Thomas and Angel's son, who seems a real handful. But honestly from start to finish this was a compelling, fun, and addictive romance, and I really can't wait for what comes next. Would definitely recommend.

5 star Review Blaze (Men of Inked: Heatwave #4) by Chelle Bliss AUDIO REVIEW: Having read the first three books in this series and loved them I was excited to see what Chelle Bliss had in store for Lily Gallo and the man she falls for Jet Michaels. Narrated by Samantha Brentmoor and Jason Clarke they really brought Lily and Jet to life for me with their passionate portrayal of these characters. Lily’s naivete had me laughing so much at times and I loved how Jet constantly bolstered her confidence and Jason Clarke did a wonderful job getting that across. I have always loved the Gallo’s, reading the next generation and seeing how Lily has grown into such a lovely young woman has been great fun. She easily gets lost in the books that she reads and is seen by the family to be the shy and the quiet one. However Jet is the total opposite, a player who isn’t afraid to go after what or who he wants. I loved the relationship that built from friendship between Lily and Jet. There was something sweet about their relationship and I love how a platonic relationship soon turned to a scorching one. There was humour and so much chemistry between Lily and Jet that you could almost feel the air sizzling between them. I also loved how Jet was so patient and all in with his love for Lily. This is a book full of love of family and what they will do for each other and those they love. It was also great to catch up on other members of the family and I cannot wait for the next story in the series.

I always know I’m in for a special kind of read when I catch up with the Gallo’s and Blaze (Men of Inked : Heatwave #4) was no different in fact for me this book is the best in this series so far. I picked this book up late last night and there was no putting down so be prepared to read it in one sitting because it will draw you in and air will captivate you. This is Lily Gallo and Jett Michaels story and boy do they have a tale to tell. Jett has served his time in the military and now he is back in town and from the moment he walks into Inked and comes face to face with Lily he knows this is where his heart belongs, this is the woman he needs to be with but Lily is a woman who scares easily so he decides he needs to take it nice and slow because she is worth more than just his time. I loved this couple from the first page, I loved the humour and the banter they share, I love how Jett wants to protect Lily and I loved the chemistry that was intense. Like all the hero’s from Ms Bliss we get a swoon worthy man who prepared to do what ever is needed to win the love of his woman and we get a quirky interesting heroine who you can’t help falling in love with. This book ticked all my boxes so I urge you to one click this gem of a read.
